No matter how you feel about regular fries vs. potato wedges, there is an undeniable wholesomeness to wedges. You get the crispiness of a french fry, more room for differentiation of spices, and the greatness of a baked potato.
As far as wedges goes, these are pretty high class. I mean they are private club potatoes. Then again, the only thing I really have to compare to this is the Von’s/Gelson’s/Ralph’s semi-stale wedges that I don’t even buy (just ask for samples when I’m hungry). Yeah, sampling is legit.
The seasoning was just spicy enough, and the wedges themselves had that perfect crispy outside/soft inside combo.
