So here’s the deal. These fries were built around their dippability; they’re paired with a Gorgonzola dipping sauce. Creamy (yet thin/drippy), melty, fresh Gorgonzola sauce. I’m not even a big fan of Gorgonzola and straight up, I want to bathe in this stuff. The fries themselves were ok (not that fresh, nothing special at all), but they get mad points for going next level with dippability.
